In my current role with Jefferson Healthcare Foundation (working less than half-time), I co-manage a $2.5M capital campaign, including planning, execution, and tracking progress, while helping rebuild after a dormant period. I contribute to the planning and execution of long-term organizational goals and proactively identify and address operational and strategic challenges. I have established new systems and processes to ensure efficiency and compliance with legal, financial, and regulatory requirements.
